Reclaim & Restore

A three-day narcissistic abuse healing retreat

Yoga - Healing - Resting

19–21 March 2027 | Margate, Kent | £700

Narcissistic abuse can leave you questioning your reality, your judgement, your relationships and, sometimes, even yourself.

You may understand intellectually what happened. You may have spent years in therapy. You may have read every book, listened to every podcast and finally walked away.

But knowing what happened isn't always the same as feeling free from it.

This immersive three-day retreat has been created to help you take the next step.

A small, intimate space to understand the impact of narcissistic abuse, reconnect with your body and nervous system, rebuild trust in yourself and begin imagining a life beyond survival.

Narc&Co have been working with people suffering from narcissistic abuse following the company’s inception 2021.  Our psychotherapists, mentors, coaches and yoga therapists have a unique understanding the specific psychological impact of narcissistic abuse, the isolation, misunderstanding, confusion, self-doubt, trauma.  Narcissistic abuse effects the body, mind and soul and we have therefore decided to host our first narcissistic abuse yoga healing retreat.

For the body, you will experience yoga from our yoga therapist, gentle movements, inclusive of Yoga Nidra, to help you relax and unwind.  There will be workshops and meditations to help you educate, reconnect and understand the mindbody relationship.

For the mind, this retreat will offer people a chance to connect with others with similar experiences.  It will offer a safe space to share your experiences with others at a level comfortable for you.  You may make connections that go far beyond the retreat.

You will also be offered individual spaces to speak with specialised psychotherapists about your specific experiences.

Only 15 places available.

This is more than a retreat

For three days, you'll step away from the noise of everyday life and into a space specifically designed around recovery.

Rather than focusing on one part of your experience, this brings together the mind, body and emotional self.

UNDERSTAND

Begin to make sense of what happened.

Explore and gain further clarity into narcissistic abuse; trauma bonds, manipulation, boundaries and the psychological dynamics that can keep us connected to abusive relationships.

RECONNECT

Begin to notice what is happening in your body.

Through therapeutic movement, yoga and nervous-system-informed practices, you'll explore ways of reconnecting with yourself and creating a greater sense of safety.

RELEASE

Create space for the emotions that may have been held for years.

Through breathwork, reflection and holistic practices, you'll be supported to process and release what you're ready to let go of.

REBUILD

Begin to imagine what comes next.

Develop greater confidence in your boundaries, your choices and your ability to create healthier relationships—with yourself and with others.

NICK KERRY

Psychotherapist MSc | Founder, Narc & Co

Nick has specialised in narcissistic abuse and the dynamics of narcissistic and codependent relationships for over twenty years.

As the founder of Narc & Co, Nick has built his work around helping people understand the complex psychological impact of narcissistic abuse and supporting them towards recovery.

During the retreat, Nick will take you beyond simply identifying narcissistic behaviours.

You'll explore how narcissistic abuse gets into our lives, why it can be so difficult to disentangle ourselves from it, and how we can recognise and protect ourselves from unhealthy patterns in the future.

For the first time, Nick will bring this work into an intimate retreat environment, allowing participants to explore these themes in greater depth.

VANYA PETROVA

Yoga Therapist

Vanya’s approach is gentle, permission-based, and deeply respectful of each person’s pace.

She works alongside psychotherapy to help survivors restore safety in the body, rebuild self-trust, and reconnect with themselves after relational trauma.

EMMA PHILLIPS-JENNINGS

Holistic Healer

Emma is a facilitator, bodyworker and energy worker, and the founder of Aluma. She is dedicated to helping people come home to themselves.

Her approach is grounded, compassionate and empowering.

What Emma is offering

Emma will be leading a series of group workshops designed to give you a deeper understanding of the connection between your body, mind and heart.

Through guided meditation, body awareness and energy work, you’ll learn how to reconnect with yourself, release what you’ve been holding, and come back to who you truly are.

What to expect

Each workshop is a gentle, supportive group experience. Emma will guide you through meditations, body awareness practices and energy work that help you tune in to what your body is telling you and recognise where past experiences may be held.

You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how your body, mind and heart work together, and how to bring them back into balance.

Alongside others on a similar journey, you’ll explore ways to reconnect, release and return to yourself, leaving with a greater sense of clarity, trust and empowerment.

WHO IS THIS RETREAT FOR?

…..is for you if you have experienced narcissistic or emotionally abusive relationships and want to move beyond simply surviving them.

You may be:

  • At the beginning of your journey

  • You may have only recently recognised that what you experienced was abuse and don't know where to start.

  • Already doing the work

  • You may have been in therapy or mentoring for years and understand your experience intellectually, but still feel that something is keeping you stuck.

  • Ready for the next chapter

  • You may have left the relationship behind and want to focus less on what happened and more on who you want to become.

  • You don't need to be "healed" to attend.

  • You just need to be ready to begin.

WHAT YOU MAY LEAVE WITH

Not a promise that will magically erase what happened.

Instead, the intention is that you leave with:

  • Greater understanding of narcissistic abuse and its impact.

  • Greater awareness of your own patterns and responses.

  • Practical tools to support your nervous system.

  • A stronger relationship with yourself.

  • Greater confidence in your boundaries and decisions.

  • Connection with people who understand.

And perhaps most importantly:

A renewed belief that your life can be bigger than what happened to you.
